Our Objectives
The Teach, Train, Transform program is dedicated to empowering displaced persons and addressing the homeless crisis in Cook County. Our main goals are: Empowering Individuals – Providing vital resources, job training, and community support to enable people to have the tools and self-assurance required for self-sufficiency. Breaking the Cycle of Homelessness – Tackling underlying causes through a comprehensive strategy.

Strengthening Communities – Fostering long-term change through successful reintegration into the community. Driving Systemic Change – Providing holistic support services that extend beyond short-term relief, emphasizing long-term change and financial self-sufficiency.
